3C: Ranked choice voting
Rank candidates in order of preference—your favorite first, then your second choice, and so on. Candidates need to get 50% of the vote to win.
3D: Simplified election cycles
Elect ward councilmembers in one election and at-large councilmembers in the next election. Everyone votes in the same type of race at the same time.
